I am a lawyer who concentrates my practice in the area of matrimonial and family law. I have been practicing for twenty-five years—a long time. During that period, I have encountered good lawyers and bad, real life or death issues and those less important issues, mistakenly cloaked as critical. I have encountered tragic mistakes that people make, real villains, and truly heroic and selfless behavior.  You can say that I have encountered the whole panoply of life from my corner office.

This blog is my chance to muse on all that I have encountered in the practice.  I analyze the practice of family law, developments in the law, my general observations about the human condition and any other topics of interest to me.
